JACKSON, Mich. – The Crossroads League Athletes of the Week were announced on Monday, recognizing the league's top individual performances from November 14 through 20. Sports Information Directors from the league institutions nominate student-athletes for the awards and vote on each week's winners.
Women's Basketball Player of the Week
Karlee Feldman, Grace
Feldman posted two double-doubles and shot 71.4 percent from the floor to pace RV Grace in a pair of wins. The junior center averaged 19.0 points, 14.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game against Judson and Spring Arbor.
Men's Basketball Player of the Week
Elijah Malone, Grace
Malone fueled a pair of wins for No. 3 Grace, as the junior center averaged 21.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 4.0 blocks per game. Malone sank 13-of-14 shots in a 29-point outing against Judson and closed the week shooting 84.2 percent from the field in the two contests.
Women's Bowler of the Week
Leeah Wade, Bethel
Wade repeated as the CL's Women's Bowler of the Week after totaling 1,074 pins at the BGSU Falcon Classic to win the individual championship.
Men's Bowler of the Week
Myles Moser, Bethel
Moser led Bethel at the Bowling Green State Classic, rolling a total score of 1,060 to finish 13th on the individual leaderboard.
