
IWU WINS INAUGURAL CROSSROADS LEAGUE COMPETITIVE CHEER CHAMPIONSHIP
Crossroads League Championships Central
MARION, Ind. - Indiana Wesleyan competitive cheer took home the 2021 Crossroads League Championship Saturday, tying their highest score of the season. The Wildcats kicked off the night posting a solid 87.93 in the prelims but a few tweaks and a tighter routine claimed the Wildcats an 89.42 in the finals, giving them an 89.04 overall.
IWU performed in ten different events this year, averaging an 84.89 good for the fifth-best scoring average in the country.

Indiana Wesleyan will turn their attention to the 5th Annual NAIA Competitive Cheer National Championship on March 12 and 13. This will be the Wildcats fifth appearance with their best finish coming in 2018 with they finished eighth.
