
Spring Arbor Advances to NAIA Round of 16
SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – Spring Arbor University is advancing to the national tournament final site in Wichita, Kansas after defeating Clarke University 2-0 in the NAIA Men's Soccer National Championship Second Round on Saturday at the Cougar Soccer Complex.
Rood Schnaider and Sahel Yessen each recorded a goal to help send the Cougars back to the final site for the first time since the 2019 season.

MATCH NOTES
- Spring Arbor and Clarke were scoreless after the first 45 minutes despite dangerous opportunities from both sides.
- Rood Schnaider broke the deadlock in the 54th minute with his ninth goal of the season.
- Then, in the 67th minute, Sahel Yessen doubled the SAU lead. Kaelan Debbage played a ball down the sideline to Yessen, who cut in around a defender before slipping a shot past the Clarke goalkeeper.

- Jack Cristini made three saves to record his eighth shutout of the season.
