KANSAS CITY – The Crossroads League turned in a strong showing at the recent NAIA Men's Outdoor Track and Field National Championships. CL teams and student-athletes accounted for four Top-25 team finishes, 34 All-American honors and one individual national championship.
Spring Arbor's 4x800-meter relay squad of Isaiah Romeyn, Gary Richardson, Tommee Smith and Dean Reynolds scored the lone title on the men's side for the Crossroads League to highlight the lengthy list of top individual performances around the league.
All but two Crossroads League teams scored at the event, with Marian and Indiana Wesleyan pacing the pack in a tie for eighth, with Spring Arbor in 19th and Huntington in 25th. Goshen (57th), Bethel (57th), Taylor (63rd) and Mount Vernon Nazarene (70th) also placed in the team standings.
