
CL Softball Picks Up Two CSC Academic All-American Awards

JACKSON, Mich. - The Crossroads League recently placed two student-athletes on the 2024 College Sports Communicators NAIA Softball Academic All-American Team with MVNU's Kiera Mayer and SAU's Emmalee Hamp making the prestigious list.
The CSC Academic All-District and All-American awards are designed to showcase student-athletes with a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average who have reached sophomore status academically and have played in at least 90-percent, or started in 66-percent of their team's competitions during the current season.
CSC Academic All-American honors are voted on by CSC members from around the nation. To be eligible for the honor, student-athletes must first be selected as CSC Academic All-District performers, after being nominated by their institution's Sports Information Department.
