Wildcats Sioux City Bound After Sweep of Talladega College
MARION, Ind. - No. 3 Indiana Wesleyan volleyball advanced to Sioux City, Iowa with a 3-0 sweep of Talladega College on Saturday. This is the second straight season the WIldcats have advanced to NAIA Tournament Pool Play. Junior Abbigail Porter recorded her 3,500th career assist with her 36th assist of the night. Porter sits in third place in Wildcat career assists.

MATCH VITALS
- The Wildcats used home court advantage in set one to take a 5-0 lead and force the Tornadoes to use their first timeout. TC would only score back-to-back points twice as IWU took the set 25-10. Abbigail Porter recorded 17 assists in the set.
- Indiana Wesleyan again took a 5-0 lead before Talladega scored 4 straight. Another 5-0 run from the home team, put IWU in control despite a late 5-2 run from the visitors. The Wildcats would take the set 25-17 on a Martina Demarchi kill.
- The Tornadoes took their first lead of the match with the first point in set three, but Indiana Wesleyan would dominate the rest of the set, winning 25-14 to secure their spot in Sioux City,
- Eva Joldersma recorded a match high 12 kills. Martina Demarchi tallied 10 in her final match in Luckey Arena.
- Demarchi and Julia Price led IWU with 2 blocks each.
- Cadee Notter (13) and Abbigail Porter (10) each had double digit digs.
- Abbigail Porter led the way with 36 assists.

- "I thought the girls came out very focused and ready to play and get the job done," Said Head Coach Candace Moats.
